Over the last 12 months we’ve been investing in new machinery to further improve our quality and capacity. This includes an additional automated dual Ultrasonic / Crush CNC cutting table, an automated Venetian Punch and a Venetian Table Saw. These machines have all be installed, commissioned and are making beautiful blinds. We still have another new machine in production, which should arrive before Christmas.
This equipment means greater accuracy, cleaner edges & punch holes, straight cuts and no heat distortion. It also means we have increased capacity, which reduces your lead times and ensures continuity of supply to you during busy times or during maintenance of machines.
To support these new machines, we continue to invest in better lighting in our workshop which combined with hoist & inspection systems reduces defects leaving the factory.
At a time when many of our competitors are pulling back investment, shifting to overseas manufacturing or trying to save costs by swapping to inferior components and extrusions, we stay fully committed to investing in quality equipment, quality fabrics, the best components (i.e. Rollease Acmeda) and our great people.
