Most of our motorized blinds have lithium-ion battery motors.
These usually require charging every 6-12 months depending upon use.
Your blind will beep 10 times prior to going completely flat and a red light will flash inside
the motor head.
There is a charging port on the head of the motor, often hidden by a plastic dust cover.
Rotate the dust cover to expose the charging port.
Charge for 8 hours with a Micro USB charger until the flashing green light become a solid
green light.
To check the level of charge in your motorsised blinds select the blind number then hold the Up button for 5-seconds, the blind will move to the upper limit and then descend downwards towards the bottom limit. If the reaches the bottom limit it is 100% charged, if it goes half way it is ~50% charged. To watch the Battery Test video follow this link:
